Lost, stolen, or unauthorized phones are strictly not allowed. Do not submit or process any device that is reported lost, stolen, locked by fraud, or owned by someone else without explicit permission.

Before doing any unlocking, flashing, FRP, software repair, or HQ Auth-related work, you must always collect and verify the customer’s valid ID proof and device ownership proof.

• Customer ID proof
• Purchase bill / invoice
• Box IMEI match
• Owner permission proof, if required

If any shop, dealer, agent, or customer fails to follow these rules, they will be fully responsible for any legal issue, police complaint, cyber complaint, or action from the device owner or authority.

We are not responsible for any legal action, loss, complaint, or misuse caused by illegal or unauthorized work.
